6.1 30-Day Return Eligibility You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or unused in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-returnable items: Clearance/final sale items, gift cards, and any garments that have been worn or washed.

6.2 How to Request a Return Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Provide your Full Name, Order Number, reason for return, and photos. Please wait for approval before sending items back.

6.3 Return Shipping & Process Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
